I have always been interested in the mental, physical, and energetic connection of movement and how it influences our health and well being. As a professionally trained dancer, I experienced my body’s incredible ability to change and adapt and even heal itself. After the birth of my first child, I began my journey supporting other women as a birth doula and a certified Pilates instructor. In 2010, my family decided to move to Oregon and start an organic food and farm co-op, Our Table Cooperative. Feeling a calling to resume my work supporting and empowering women, I became a licensed massage therapist and opened a Pilates and massage studio on the farm. LMT-#25670
